Can I get a refund?

We do offer refunds and replacements for many situations! If you would like a refund or a product to be resent, send us a message from our contact page after checking out our refund/return/resend policy.

How do I track my order?

You can go the Track My Order page and enter your order number and email or your tracking number to view your current order status. It may take a few days after purchase before tracking information becomes available; but rest assured your order is being processed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 9-16 days on average. Please allow a few extra days for processing time as well. If 21 days have passed since your order date, you can contact us for further assistance.
