Refund/Return/Resend Policy
At Skillz Inventory, we strive to provide a seamless and stress-free shopping experience. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help resolve them quickly. Below are our policies for different scenarios:
1. For Delayed Orders:
If your item has taken longer than 21 days to arrive, please contact us so we can initiate a dispute for a refund or replacement.
2. For Orders Not Received:
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, opening a dispute may be difficult. However, a dispute can be initiated if the tracking information displays one of the following alerts:
- Incorrect or insufficient address
- No such number
- Unknown recipient
- Refused
- Not picked up in time
- No safe delivery location
- Uncleared customs
- Other similar issues
3. If Products Arrive Damaged:
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, we offer the following resolutions:
- Severe Damage: Full refund or replacement
- Partial Damage: Partial refund or replacement
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to open a dispute for damaged items. Be sure to include photos or videos as proof.
4. For Incorrect or Missing Products:
We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement for incorrect products or products with incorrect specifications (color, size, etc.).
- Missing Parts (Non-Essential): Partial refund or we will send the missing part(s).
- Missing Parts (Essential to Function): Full replacement will be sent.
5. For Canceled Orders:
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet been processed by our manufacturer's warehouse(s).
6. Dispute Deadline:
All disputes must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept disputes after the order status has been marked as closed.
7. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for any damages or shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, and other unforeseen events.
8. Returns:
Returns can only be accepted if our manufacturers approve or request the return. Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, returns may not always be feasible.
9. Unacceptable Disputes:
Disputes will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- The buyer simply dislikes the product.
- Claims that the product description was inaccurate.
- Unusual product smells.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
- Incorrect shipping address provided.
- Product differences were agreed upon in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
Note:
Our refund policies are primarily influenced by our manufacturers' guidelines. While dispute refusals are rare, if we cannot resolve your issue, we are happy to offer discounts on future purchases to ensure your satisfaction.
